It’s time to find joy in life again.
Hi, I’m Jeremy.
I help individuals and couples just like you: ones that have it within them to be confident and thriving, but just need the support to get there.
I understand that life can be a confusing and painful adventure and that we rarely are given the support, validation, and perspective that we need to make meaning from the chaos. You want to move forward but you’re not sure which direction or what it’s supposed to look like. You may feel that everyone else has it figured out and somehow you got out of step or off rhythm. You may even be wondering if you are too far gone or have missed your opportunity for the satisfying and rewarding life you have dreamed of.
I’m here to tell you that it’s not too late and you still can have that wonderful life you deserve.
I have worked with clients from all sorts of backgrounds and experiences and have seen success in action. Therapy with me is not simply talking through the week’s stressors, but exploring your own underlying thoughts and feelings in order to tap into your own deepest wisdom. I know that your circumstances are unique, so every step we take is tailored to you and always with your end goals in mind.
My Therapy Style…
I began my therapy career as a jazz drummer. In both jazz and life, improvisation is an essential tool. Unexpected challenges are thrown at us and we adapt and respond by either going with the flow or redirecting. Improvisation isn't simply about making things up as we go along—it's about being present in the moment and responding authentically to what life brings.
My style of therapy is collaborative, playful, and supportive. Basically, all the of the things you want out of a good drummer.
It is absolutely normal for life to be really challenging. Yet for some reason we often feel like we must have done something wrong to feel so lost and alone in our struggle. When this feels like it is too much, it is an important sign that it is time to pull in some back up. My goal is to help you take that next step toward solid footing and confidence in knowing you are where you are supposed to be.
